Studied Accountancy and later Management Accounting but never got my diploma’s though. I now work at Ceva Logistics for almost 4 years where I am a 1-man department called Inventory Control. When I just started working there we had Hewlett Packard, now I manage stock for FCI, Getronics, Huawei, Arlon, Ericsson, KPN, Xxlog, Ciena and Bugaboo.
Q:Besides poker, what else interests you? and have you ever had any lesbian tendencies? A: I definitely don’t mind joining a couple of lesbians. Watching movies/series/wrestling is what I do in most of my free time.

Q: Any particular songs/genres of music that you relate to? A: I like grungy songs, stuff like that. Lots of guitar but no punk or metal. And the most popular songs I like to listen too also.
Q: Which comic character do you most relate to? A: Noone really, I stopped reading comics a long time ago. When I still bought them €1 was $0,86 and they became too expensive so I stopped buying them. I do like Gambit’s and Bishop’s superpowers.
Q:What's your favourite food? A: Pizza Romana and Soato without the bean sprouts and with a lot of pepper.
Q: What are your pet peeves? A: People who complain.
Q: Your worst fear? A: That I will never get to join a couple of lesbians.
Q: Who are your heroes? A:When I was a young kid it was Hulk Hogan ofcourse. Now I have no heroes and there are no people who I look up to. Jack Bauer and Ben Affleck are cool though.
Q: Are you related to, or do you know personally, or have you met anybody famous? A: I met Joe Jusko once. He was a nice guy and he autographed my cards.
Q: Explain what a perfect day would be like for you: A: Just one day is a little short to be perfect. Hard to describe one day, I prefer a month. It’s when I’m not tired, have no obligations and no responsibilities. When I don’t have to worry about anything and can just play poker and watch some movies.
POKER RELATED QUESTIONS: Q: What is your biggest poker cash or accomplishment? A: My biggest cash was a few months ago at Playboy Poker. I got first place in a £5 tournament with 336 players and won £241.06 ($481). My biggest accomplishment was winning 2 seats in a row to the Mansion Poker Dome Challenge. I regret not going and I often wonder if my life would be any different if I did go and won the sit and go. The experience alone would have been great.
Q: Are you more of a tournament player or ring game player? What buy-in/stakes do you play at? A: I’m a No Limit Hold’em tournament player and that is what I enjoy. I will play freerolls, $1-$10 sit and go’s and $1-$20 MTT’s. I don’t enjoy cash games. Lost this year so much at those limit tables trying to get supernova and trying to win the bad beat jackpot on AP bleurgghh.
Q: Do you play competitively or for recreation? How much time per week do you spend on poker? A: I play mostly out of boredom because I don’t have anything else to do. But when I play I play to win, doesn’t matter what the Buy In is.
Q: Do you have any favorite poker pros? If so, why are they your favorites? A: Don’t have a favorite poker pro. If I had to mention one I would name Daniel Negreanu because he’s a nice guy. And I always enjoy seeing Nijmeegs poker pride Jazzy face win.
Q: Briefly explain how you got into poker (Possibly include age, influences, and location) A: At home at the age of nine. Big brother needed someone to play poker with and he taught me to play 5-card draw. At the age of 15 and 16 I played that game every day at school and then everyone switched to another card game called Toupen. In 2000 or so I learned Texas Holdem when I went to watch the Master classics of poker in Amsterdam. In 2004 on Eurosport they were broadcasting an EPT event and it was sponsored by Pokerstars. I checked it out and read that I could play online against other people. Downloaded the software and here I am.
Q: What are your favorite poker sites to play on? A: Any site where I can win money is a good site. I’ve always like Pokerstars and Full Tilt. Mansion poker, before they moved to the ongame network, had very good software. I like cryptologic which looks a lot like Pokerstars. Microgaming is reasonable and I don’t mind playing on AP, Cake, Pitbull and PKR. Sites I don’t like playing on are Everest, Party Poker, Ultimate Bet, Dobrosoft software and iPoker software
Q: Do you have a favourite (Hold'em) hand? A: Every hand I get dealt I hope it is AA so that’s my favorite hand. I like to play cards like T9, 75, 54 suited or offsuit. I first only played them suited but Grumbar wrote in a post once ‘why play suited connectors, they are only a few percentages favorite over offsuit connectors.’ That’s when I started to play offsuit connectors also. And expanded that to 1 and 2 gapped connectors.
Q: As of today, what are your poker ambitions? A: I hope to qualify for a big live event very soon. Preferably an EPT.
Q: In live games, do you have a good pokerface? A: The live games I’ve played you don’t really need a good pokerface. Mostly play against players who just play for fun. I can pull a straight face but it’s my talking that makes my bluffs work and gets me free cards. Online I talk crap, live isn’t any different.
Q: What advantage do you have when playing in your live games? A: I have a poker bladder. I see other players go to the toilet every hour and miss a few hands. I can hold my pee for over 10 hours and not miss a single hand.
THF RELATED QUESTIONS: Q: Who's poker related posts on THF do you find most useful or most agree with? A: chillipeppers wrote some very good posts. I’ve emailed them to myself so I could reread them over and over again. But the THF-er who made me the player I am today is Crapshoot. I don’t know if I would be a winning player without his help. I owe my league wins and that banner THF PLAYER OF THE YEAR to him. He is a great poker teacher.
Q: If you could choose one player on THF to play heads up against for $1000 who would you choose? A: Cowboy, unsettled business.
Q:Who in the future on THF do you think is most likely to be successful in their poker? A: I always thought it would be rw but it seems his ambition is to be a coach one day. I don’t know who else to mention.
Q: What do you think would improve the THF? A: More involvement from Jimmy. We still haven’t heard anything about Crapshoot’s idea. More game ofcourse and maybe a few incentives to make good posts. In the early days $50 was awarded to the player with the best post in that month or best written strategy guide.
Q: If not for poker in your life what would you do in your spare time? A: I would buy a Playstation 3 and games like Pro Evo and Dynasty Warriors. That’s what I did before I got into online poker, play videogames.
Q: What is your weakest point playing online besides not drinking? A: Not giving enough attention to the game. I usually surf the net or watch movies. When I have a 15 inch screen there was only room for 1 table so I had to pay attention. I wasn’t that a good of a player so my reads where very important. Now I have a 23 inch screen and only play my cards and rarely make a move because of certain reads. In THF games I pay attention and play my cards accordingly, maybe that’s why I play better in THF games.
Q: Besides poker, do you play any other card games? A: I used to play a lot of blackjack in the casino. I’ve read more blackjack books than poker books but there is not much to write about blackjack though. I just found it incredibly fascinating. And ofcourse Toupen. I am so good at that game that I can write a book about it and I would if I wasn’t that lazy. I’v played many cardgame and liked them all. I like cards and that’s one of the reasons why I am Kaart (card) Keizer.
