Thumbs up to UB's customer support

Just thought I'd give a poker site some praise for a change.

I signed up to UltimatePoker.com which is the UK skin of UltimateBet (I think) a week or so ago and deposited some cash. I was rewarded with an invite to a freeroll for 1st time depoisitors for tonight. Poblem was it is my sister's 21st B'day so there was a meal planned and a few drinks etc so I couldn't make the freeroll.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I emailed support and told them my "situation" and the little stars have unregistered me and invited me to the one next friday instead!

Top marks to UB, from my experience with other sites, they usually tell you to go jump!
