does this happen alot

normally i play at pokerstars but today i downloaded the ub software to give it a try. I was playing a 500 bonus dollar freeroll for about an hour and then it locked up. after about 40 mins they cancelled the tourney. a person at my table said that it has happened to them 2X this week and even happens in their real money tourneys. Is this true i don't wnat to put real money in a site with bad servers

This had actually happened to me quite frequently a while back on PP. It happened like 3-4 times in one 2-3 week period. They did refund the money back to the people still left but it was BS because once I was in first in chips but all 5 left got the same amount of money ( I assume, since I got 1/5th of the prize pool). One of the reasons I stopped playing at Party.

thanks for the info. because i'm try different websites an UB in not on my list i've been playing on A/P and 4real their server is slow the thing that gets me is that i get moved multiple time sometime i go 4 hand with out playing after i win a nice pot, whts strange to me was tht i enter a freeroll
and for some reason some1 else was on my seat while i was register an on top of tht he was sitting out riding the table i sent an email to see why
an supporrt told me to down load the new version of A/P after tht everything was ok. but i still like Poker Strars better

which is strange because many of them don't even have enough players to spit at. LOL

I need to be getting back to UB soon.
