Default puzzled by this

this was a 1500 start chips rebuy tourney after this hand it says mum double added on and he ends up with 10500 chips - I dont see how this can happen. Firstly it seems a strange rule to allow a short stack to rebuy*2 then double add on and even with that shouldnt it be 7k he ends up with. Karma freak did a double add on as well. Is this some glitch or have they sold their soul to the devil with extra cash to get it?

Did you report it to the useless lot thatarethe UB support staff? That does seem very strange that he ended up with 10.5k chips!

dont have the HH's saved on my pc - generally i have found UB staff helpful when reporting things but didnt report it in this case as I wasnt sure what was happening.
