Or first off mate if you want help try to make your point clearer - It was really hard to make sense of what your original post actually meant. Thanks to some of the regulars for making it clear to me.
In terms of "not authorised to play" in the event in dealing with the forum you are barking up the wrong tree here. This is not a case of needing an account with the forum or anything else. The rules/requirements of playing in the tourney were merely that you got the password from somewhere (but there would be consequences with the forum if it wasnt from THF) and thats about it.
Your problem is not with THF but entirely with Titan.
Firstly this is what you need to be aware of and need to do. Your account was almost certainly "not authorised" to play in the event because in terms of Titan rules they do not "authorise" people to create more than 1 account and to play in the same tournament with multiple accounts. This is the crux of your problem.
Anyone who thought the names were similar, smelt a rat and contacted support did the right thing and if I had been in the game I would have done so myself and given the player(s) a polite version of the piece of my mind.
To me its too big a coincedence that these guys are not the same person. If you are not the same person then simply contacting support, speaking nicely and convice them that you are innocent and your account will be freed.
Please understand at the same time the whilst we at THF are willing to give people who might be cheating the benefit of the doubt in one THF game if we believe that any future actions are done that look like you are trying to cheat THF then your account will get banned and you might face further actions. So beware of trying to do anything in the future that might be less than honest in connection with THF games.
