I guess some of you have been wondering why I haven't been playing in the titan freeroll? Well the truth is that I misplaced my password and just now emailed them about it this morning. I sent them an email at 8:14 am and received a response at 8:25 am this morning, now that's fast. I just wanted give titan support a big thumbs up for their quick and efficient response.
Here is the message that I sent to them:
Dear Titan Poker support team,
I have not logged into the cardroom for a long time now due to me getting a new
modem and computer. I reinstalled the software and realized I had forgotten my
password. So I clicked on the "forgot password?" button and correctly entered
my account information. A message then appeared saying that I had supplied
information that does not match my account then another pop-up appeared saying
that I could not be given a new password at this time due to a technical error
and to please contact customer support for more assistance. If you could
correct this problem and reset my password it would be greatly appreciated. I
have included the necessary information below.
Here is the message that I received shortly:
Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.
This is Abby from the Support Team.
I have sent a new password in the registered email address in your
account. Please contact us again if you are unable to receive it.
We look forward to seeing you around the tables again soon.
