Default Thank you, alli

alli, I think I read somewhere that you had read Harrington on Holdem (I and II) and recommended them. Just a note to say "thank you so much" for bringing these books to my attention. I can't begin to tell you how much these books have improved my game. So far, it's taken over a month to read and practice the principles and I've only absorbed maybe one quarter of what's there. Initially, it took considerable effort to let go of my limited ideas of how to play and incorporate some of Harrington's vast knowledge (written for stt's and mtt's), but now I'm amazed at how I could have played at all without some of these skills and it's already paying didvidends (and paid for the books). Best thing about it, I'm learning how to play like fink does, and in my mind, that's a good thing. I'm hesitant to report all this, since if anyone else reads these they will know exactly how I play (so if anyone does, please try to avoid the $1 45 and $1.50 18 turbo sng's at ps till I move up-they're hard enough already), but so be it. Thanks again so much, alli, and I also highly recommend them.
Dan
May the flop be with you (did I read this here somewhere?).
