Default Tired of JUNK HAND PLAYERS

Why, why, why do players play JUNK. I'm not referring to the all in call of a short stack, but the guy your trying to push out of the pot cause theres a possible flush or straight after the flop and he just won't go away, after two substantial bets, he's not even a big stack, has less chips than you and you end up all in with the idiot who's playing 2 cards he should not have even played cause you made a good pre-flop raise. Then you find your trip 9s lose
to a runner runner straight he catches playing 6 3 os, leaving you crippled. And don't say I didn't bet enough to push him out after the flop and turn, cause I did. I think if I went all in after the flop he still would of called. This guy must watch TV, and see Gus Hansen play crap and win the hand, which is mis-leading cause they only show a limited number of hands in the two hour show.

Ah... one of life's greatest mysteries... another mystery is how they always get their draw... Mibbe the river card should be abolished. Flop, turn, showdown. Would save us a lot of grief!

I had a goodie today, some guy catches runner runner flush, and pushes me out of a tourney, I wanted to punch him straight in the face!

I hear you. I'd probably be in jail right now if I was playing at a casino instead of online, with some of the beats that boil my blood.

Simple. Ever since poker showed up on tv, all of these idiots think they can be moneymakers and raymers. Most of them play a variety of bad hands and they just call and try to get lucky. Yes, they suck, but thats what televising does. If poker never showed up on tv, there would be a lot less bad players (not all of them gone). SO thats basicly why there are so many chasres out there today.

Remmember that the odds are in your favor thats why your a better player than the junk man. We also know that any two starting cards can win a hand. Keeping these two things in mind poker is called gambling because no matter how good your hand is as long as their is competition it can be beat. Not twenty minutes ago I was three spots from the money with a pretty fair stack. I was dealt pocket fours. One player ahead of me limped in. I called as dealer. Heads up. Flop is 44ace. Limper bets the pot and I call. turn ace. Limper goes all in. I call. How could I lose with 4 4's. The river is you guessed it an ace. Sweet dreams. It took me five minutes to exit the site. The absolute bad beat.

Hold on a sec! Are you saying I CAN'T be a Moneymaker or a Raymer???? Does this mean I need to come up with a different retirement plan???? Oh boy, this is not good!

Now think about it..why do you always get rivered...we'll lets start with, when you figured the odds of filling your four flush draw from the flop it was for 2 cards...not 1 card...now if the flush card doesn't hit on the turn, the odds are slightly more in favor of it hitting on the one card river, rather than the one card turn...now we all know that doing the chasing that the rookies do will destroy your bankroll...but they don't know that, so they destroy you instead...since there are so many of them...you are the one getting destroyed all the time...and as their bankrolls run out...they get new replacements.

Now we can't abolish the river...because then we would have turn rats...instead of river rats!
