Default Terribly played hand (on my part)!

This was in a multi-table tournament, and even though I ended up finishing 2nd place this hand I think was played very poorly on my part. I don't even remember what I was thinking, something between trying to slow play and being concerned about the board.

Table '9949800 3' Seat #2 is the button
Seat 1: Ilmoney (4650 in chips)
Seat 2: SecretMole (2955 in chips)
Seat 3: puroguy (3460 in chips)
Seat 4: him6616 (13375 in chips) is sitting out
Seat 5: Kkrusher29 (4165 in chips) is sitting out
Seat 7: don2000 (1335 in chips)
Seat 8: PokerMan112 (1325 in chips) is sitting out
