Well if you take the risk and he has them then you just have to pay up!...its risky without a doubt...its a bluff, not a solid play, so there is a big risk factor there! - there is no safe way...your trying to steel a pot. So know your opponent first and look at the loss/gain factor before you decide on making such a move.
