Need some tips

Hey,

I've been playing tournament hold'em for almost 2 years now. I'm wondering what are some good ways to improve my game. I've basically learned all odds, and hands to play... Now I think I need to learn to 'Play the table' better. Any tips for this? What are some common tells that I can try to pick up on? Any books you can recommend for tournament hold'em?
