Default R U an Overbettor? Underbettor?

Here is an article from cardplayer that talks about over and underbetting. Very short, and to the point, and written by a poker pro.

That's a pretty good article...reflecting back, I think I'm sometimes guilty of overbetting, but I'll be sure to keep what I read from this in mind the next tourney I play in.

I definitely overbet online, but that's because I don't play high enough stakes to scare people away. I think that the way you bet has everything to do with what's at stake. I know my dad plays tournies with a $50+ buy-in, and there the stakes are generally high enough that you don't have people saying things like, "Well, it's only $50. what the hell." and try to draw out for that flush. I like to make people really think about how mch of their stack they are willing to spend to try to catch that hand while I'm sitting on top 2 pair.

Man that dude shot down all my moves, I raise double the big blind all the time and raise way to big on the button. I guess that makes me an over and underbetter But, this is just the kind of stuff I like to hear. I'm definitely gonna try implementing his tips next game and see if I can spot anybody else using them. Thx for the article.
