Trips, full house or 4 of a kind...you didn't say suits, because there could also be a flush draw there...and even if you did hit, you could only beat one of them...you didn't give amounts, but from the looks of it you probably don't have pot odds either....it's a one second fold decision...wait for a hand that is a hands down favorite on your side. Your opponent might have a pair of eights, but is it worth the risk with that board to find out...especially when you don't have pot odds, because as of now...he is still the winner. a no brainer fold!

so i dont have a definite statistical adv/disadv, its about judging your opponent? thanks. pretty unlikely to call pre-flop with 78 though (unless with an unraised BB), and if he had 77 or 88 that would just be mean....

really? i didn't sayabout suits, you're right. i meant there was no real flush opportunity... still fold?

When you play in Brick and Mortor You can Do some Decieving, Say for example when you are bluffing in the early part of the game for smale amounts of chips tap your fingers on the table, other players will pick up on this, then late in game when you are not bluffing you can tap your fingers and they might call
