What percentage of flops do you take?

What percentage of flops do you guys take? Right now I'm averaging around 35-40% which is probably pretty loose (although much tighter than the majority of .02/.04 players). What percentage would be considered tight, very tight, loose etc.

I've heard that keeping the % between 15 and 25 is what you should be shooting for. When I am playing good my % is between 20 and 30 but htat shoots up when the table begins to clear out.

I average about 30%. But if it's play money it's naturally a lot higher.

I play .5/1 limit.

At the moment i'm seeing 27.95% of all flops.

yeah, I agree. When I am playing well my flop percentage is usually right around 20% but it really is dictated by the table you are playing at......at a tight table it goes up to about 25-30% and at a loose table it goes down to about 15%

As of right now, mine's at around 17%. I seem to be having a real problem figuring out the exact timing for when to switch from tight to loose in tournament play, so I just go with what I know best.

in limit tables I play something between 9-28% depending on who I am up against and whether or not it is a tournament or a ring game, what my bankroll is etc. This is on the assuption that the table is reasonably full. Particularly in tourney play early on or when new to a table ultra tight is normally the most effective strategy and by that I mean less than 18% of hands seen including blinds.

In non limit tournaments and sng's I have successfully adopted everything from 8-70% of flops seen - each can be correct at certain times against certain opposition in certain formats. If there is a lot of heavy preflop betting you have to wait for a very good hand but people are rarely raising beyong BB*2 or 3 then if you are aggressive, have a moderate chip stack and play flops well against conservative players then you can justify playing as high as 70% but you must read the other players very well and have a great sense of position for this sort of % to be right.

in omaha high anything more than 35% is chancing it and in 8/b you want to be sub 30% normally.

on the .05/.10 tables on pokerhost (.03/.05 sb/bb) I average about 55-60%. I do pretty well. In any tournament play my preflop % is around 25-27% throughout the entire tourny.

Yea playing 30/40% isnt very good to do u usually wont win by doing that but w/e...I do about 10-20 im not sure exactly but im a patient player liek ive said before...ive been tryin to play more but i lose so fast because im an aggesive better when i have cards so if i dont have cardsi play neway...uhhh not...
