Default yet another NLHE starting hand guide

open in early position with pot size amount include your blind value in the amount of raise:
AA AK AKs AQ AQs AJs KK QQ JJ TT 99 88

open in middle position with pot size amount include your blind value in the amount of raise:
AA AK AKs AQ AQs AJs Aj ATs KK KQ KQs QQ JJ TT 99 88

open in late position with pot size amount include your blind value in the amount of raise:
AA AK AKs AQ AQs AJs AJ AT ATs KQ KQs KJs QQ QJs JJ JT TT 99 88 44 33 22

Re Raise in early position pot size amount in early position:
AA KK AKs

Re Raise in middle position pot size amount in early position:
AA KK AKs QQ

Re Raise in late position pot size amount in early position:
AA AKs KK

Call re-raise in early position:
AA AK AKs KK QQ JJ TT

Call re-raise in middle position:
AA AK AKs KK QQ JJ TT

Call re-raise in late position:
AA AK AKs AQ AQs AJs KK JJ TT 99 88

While in blinds play like this:

Raise or re raise with raise in early position:
AA AK AKs

Raise or re raise with raise in middle position:
AA AK AKs KK QQ JJ TT

Raise or re raise with raise in late position:
AA AK AKs AQ AQs AJs KK QQ JJ TT

Remember all raises/re raises should be pot sized amounts, you can safely assume if your reaised with that amount of raise then your probably beat preflop.

Raise/reraise the same amount every time reguardless what your holding, the only variable is the pot amount when you do raise, if your in late position then your raise will most likey be bigger since more people have limped in vice a raise in early position.

You become predictable if you raise more with AA than with JJ etc etc, what really will throw people off is the fact they will not pay attention to how much your raising based on position. ie... a raise in late position with JJ and 5 blind callers will be the same amount of raise you would make with AA in late position with the same amount of callers.

Any other hand not listed should be played carefully and i don't reccomend it unless you have a real good feel of the hands people play and how they play them based on position in the table.
