Default Some basic advice

When you are stuck, you sometimes want to play more hands or play higher stakes in order to recoup the ammount that you are down. If you find yourself in that state of mind then you should probably leave and come back later. You won't play your best game if your in that state of mind, the game won't go anywhere so take a break and come back in. You won't feel stuck anymore and will play better poker.
Take time after your poker sessions to analyse your mistakes and see how you could have played your hands differently. It's an essential key to being a better poker player.

Added on to what Sjaefen said, after someone loses money, they often feel like they have to make it back right away (before they leave that table). Take a break, relax, get your mind off poker and do something else for a while. There's so much time to play online that there's no reason to rush. The best way to bust out is to keep playing when you're on tilt.

It also as the other reaction..i won 23.80 in a freoll tourney and went ot play o thetables right away. I got up to $110 and was soo happy. I should have just stop playing but no i was greedy and i lost a few big hands ad went down to $30. So once oyu are winning alot or losign alot just stop for a bit and then come back.

whenever i raise the stakes after losing most of my bankroll i find i can't play my game because im scared to play the hands correctly, it costs to much. im not comfortable playing in such high stakes and if you can't play your game or the game as it should be then your playing above your head.
