Good link Rocket. I feel that playing Pro is much different than playing online...and I'm talking live only. 1st off you play your B&M's and you get to know your opponents, online you have too much of a mix in your game and you know nobody's play, plus the short time that you have to try and pick up on their play is not enough. Playing live in the games you choose, you have much more respect for your opponents and you seldom have to distinguish between the donks and the better players...in most B&M's you respect them all, even if you don't know them, but generally live is a much easier game to figure out and you have the opportunity to play against who you want to play against. Full time you have knowledge of the card room and you develop the camaraderie of those in your class of play .
I would rather play against Daniel Negreanu and Doyle Brunson on a daily basis rather then against a stranger online...eventually I will figure out how to play against Negreanu and Brunson, where I might never figure out how to play against strangers.
