I personally can not remember a time seeing a player on TV fold an ACE 10 suited with no raise in front of him... the guy has to be playing rather dumb...you can always fold after the flop if you think you are behind..but I always say Play the players dont play the cards..

A 10 suited with no raises. With a marginal hand when in position and no raises no matter what it is "A 10, low poket pair" You should put a decent size bet(not a major portion of your chips but something "scary") out there so you can get the crappy hands out. If you just call with that and there is a few people in the pot you don't want someone with a suited 5 6 or a pair of dueces catching another card. Plus if you put a decent size bet out you'll also get an idea of what your up against, like someone slow playing something. But the only reason that you should bet on that is because your in position.

A 10 is a good hand with no raises i'd call every time and even a raise w/ it if i'm in good position however i am an aggressive player so if no ones raised and i pick up A 10 i'll raise w/ it aswell

In 3,6 late position i've been known to play hands much "worse" than ATs. I'm almost definitely raising if I'm the first one to do so this round. But some people are air tight and that works for them, not me.
