I think you made a bad play and I am one that likes to go all-in with medium and low pp's. The reason that I say your play was bad was that the reason that you go in with them is to get no callers (preferably) or just one caller because you have no chance with a full table and secondly if you do get a caller its usually one, with an unpaired hand like AK, or AQ (you hope for no AA or KK), since you are a winner going in you have a good chance of winning against unpaired hands. But in your situation, you only had three opponents left, there was no need to try to eliminate players and the short stack was already totally in...you wern't going to scare the big stack out if he had anything decent at all and the other player had already folded before your play...you were already (before your all-in) as if you went all-in with one caller...I would have played the hand straight up.
You didn't say what the board was, but if you played the hand straight up and if you are a good bluffer and the board was right, you might have been able to bluff the big stack out of the pot, or he might have scared you out...but at least you would have chips left.
With the big stack being tripple your stack with 3 players left is nothing, you can overtake him.
