definatly Joey, its funny because I go to the casino's here in Michigan, and honestly I sit down at a table of 10 and play 100 dollar no limit hold em and 7 outta the 10 have no clue how to play the game they watch it on TV and they think they are experts...I remember sitting there after folding a hand...watching the play of three others..and I whispered to the person next to me..watch ill call all of there hands..and sure enough..the first better had 3 of a kind the 2nd better that was raising had a flush and the 3rd people raising had a boat...the guy with trips mucked his hand..so I assumed I was right..but when you are playing face to face people become transparent and with the right kind of logic and skill you can tell what anyone has at anytime..BTW I typically win 100-1000 dollars playing Hold em at the casino's...makes for a nice monthly bonus.

that would be a good rule - any ace on the board and you need to split the pot.

FONZ, are u pulling our leg or what, do you really need someone to answer that?

Poker is the best 5 card hand! that is the most basic rule, no such thing as 3 pairs!

we were all at that point sometime tho and with practice youll become a much better player...with that said it isnt really "practice" because its so much fun to play youll be a pro in no time taking big pots with aces up.

i remember when i first staretd playing with my buddys and we had similar situations a couple of times and we didnt knwow hat to do so we just split the pot between all people that remained
eventually after playing online for a while for play moeny i picked up these "finer" points of the game

Reminds me a great story of a guy at our table at the Mirage that jump up to tell all he had three pairs. It could've been one of the funnest moments in my short playing career. I laughed to tears while other members of the table were annoyed which was equally funny.
