Default Harrington's NL Starting hands in Excel format

I've seen plenty of posts over the past few months asking what constitute good starting hands in NL games and Tournies. So been the nice guy that I am I've gone through Harrington On Hold'Em Volume 1 and 2 and put the starting recommendations into an Excel spreadsheet. I've also included some preflop odds taken from Volume 1 and 2.

I think I've reproduced it near as I can but please feel free to download it and make changes as you see fit.

Hi, thanks for the table
Just wondering, are the Harrington books really that good? Did they really improve your tournament play and do you think they would be just as good for SNG play?

They are, IMO, the tournement bible. I use them as a basis for my SnG play but I do sometimes think that they would be better used against players who know what they are doing as the very low limit SnG will call with anything and won't understand some of your play.

The did not help me in the THF league where I seriously sucked ass! Though that is more likely to be my crap spell I was going through!

The Harrington books are excellant. Not everything will be true for all limits, but it will give you a very big start over many people.

Volume 2 on Inflection points is probaly the most read chapter of any poker book ever, and I do mean by "pro" players.

Microsoft distributes a little fre eprogram that lets you LOOK at Excel files, but not edit them. Download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=EN

I think it means "Cut Off"- the person immediately before the button.
