Default Help on uploading an avatar

Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction as to how to post an avatar here. When I go to the update avatar selection in the profile section it is marked do not use avatar. I can't seem to figure out how to remove that and upload my avatar. Sorry for being so stupid. ANy help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

yeah i dont think there was anything wrong with your posts
ill take the blame for that one CIA - ive made a few posts over the last few days encoueaging quality posting. I admit i was maybe a bit over the top - part of it was a reaction to someone posting 50 times in a matter of hours to get to level blue - i had to make sure members and staff knew that we cant allow that sort of thing

dont be concerned about your posting - we know who the good guys are and who the spammers are trying to cheat

Just so you know he's not attacking you. He's just using your question on how to obtain your new level as an example to others who will just try to make 50 qiuck posts just so they move to the next level.
