Default Going to have a lot of bonus games at CD Poker....what time suits

I have been speaking with elliott from cd poker a lot recently.

Were both keen to get some games set up

To start off with, were planning on having 3 months (well say 12 weeks) of plus $100 bonus games.

These will more than likely be $10+$1 games. CD Poker are being quite generous and are gonna stump up a lot of cash.

Basically, if we get enough revenue from this over the next few months then all the revenue we bring in will go to covering these bonus games.ie. we would have a +$100 game every week in addition to our regular schedule of the league and bonus game (myself and staff are also discussing making bounty games a regular feature in our timetable). We want even more games at THF

all i need for you guys is the best time. Now, obviously we cant please everyone. We have people from all over the world though the main time zones we cover are the west coast of the usa, the east coast and western europe.

I suggested wendnesdays at around 5 or 6pm Eastern Time since we've had some bounty games at that time and theyve been quite busy

So id be grateful if members could post here their preferred day and time.

Thanks guys

THF Player of the Year
Friday at 19:30 EST. This gives the American players enough time to get from work and maybe something to eat. And most of the European players usually don't have any problems playing late at night.

THF Player of the Year
Fonz, apparantly there's not much animo fot this or any time is good enough. I think an added tournament just doesn't do it anymore.

A regular THF midweek game brings 6 or 7 players and yesterday it had 11 players. But on monday the game had 28 players only because BWAT put a 20 dollar bounty on himself. And the no added bounty games also had about the same amount of players.

In the past I've seen that every extra 100 dollars on CD poker brings in 2 extra players which only goes to the top 3 players, ofcourse. What if you use that money for something fun like another bounty game on CD poker. In a bounty game everyone can win and not just the best players. 300 dollar added --> every player has a $15 bounty on his head.

BTW, are those games added or guaranteed like the previous times.

i think theyre added but ill check (ill make sure we only get added as guranteed isnt so good)

yeah i know what your saying kaart...however, i dont think you can transfer money via cd poker. Though your dead right about what happened in the past.

My hope though was that if we had 12 weeks of it the numbers would steadily increase.

THF No Limit Champion
I totally understand that we need to set a time that is best for everyone fonz. Unfortunately that will leave some of us west coast USA players out of the loop as the start times are around 3 to 4 pm our time and in my case that is too early. I generally get home from work around 5 to 6 pm which is just a little too late. I suggest either saturday (when most of us don't work) or late friday night (when most of us are up late). Again, I do understand some of us will be left out but I sure would like to join my fellow THF'ers if possible. In any case, good luck to all that make it....

i know bryan. Its near impossible to accomodate everyone
7.30 ET is early on the west coast but its 12.30 am in western europe. With game taking up to 2 hours or more sometimes this time is already late for europeans

sundays are already busy and in my experience the games on a saturday here have been much quieter than those on other days

Midweek (wednesdays) sounds good to me. I'm not too familiar with CD Poker but willing to make a deposit. Being on the East coast USA anytime is good for me. Early or late doesnt matter, whatever brings in the most players.

i like the thursday games at 730 as they have been lately, that works for me well, the sunday games are all good after 11am eastern for me, but that might pose a problem for other ppl, i like the 5pm league games on sunday also. saturdays are bad for me because i play football and i know alot of other members like to watch there college football on saturdays as well.
