Hi there, Fonz. Can you school me on what your prerequisites/preferences/availability for Helpers/Leaders and what not? I was curious and thought you would be the person to ask. Thanks for your time.

* who are at least semi experienced with playing poker
* who try and calm certain situations down / act as peace maker
* who stay out of childish arguments
* who get along with everyone else
* who are on the site frequently (no point having staff who arent here!)

dont think we really need staff just now though - site seems to be ticking over ok with the current level of traffic/posts etc. However, when the site gets busier new leaders will probably be chosen from members who post frequently
