A quick update

hey all
just a brief update

im currently in talks to have a $200+ freeroll this saturday at a different poker site - they said that they would put up a $200 prize if i could bring at least 20 players - i said i could bring between 50-100 so hopefully i can get more money in the prize for you guys

i suggested 7pm saturday eastern time - does another time suit??

ive emailed several poker companies about putting freerolls up for us - but very few have got back to us. We'll plod along regardless

also - we got a few sign ups via pokerstars last month

so once this multi heat tournament the first tournaments for approved members will start - instead of doing one $500 competition i think 2 $250 tournaments would be better. Approved members will automatically get in plus ill let 10 un-approved members in via heats

Sounds good. I am still fairly new and working towards being an approved member. I have seen the criteria for being approved. But how will I know I have been approved? Will there be an e-mail or will I see something here showing me I am approved or do I have to apply once I think I meet criteria? Probably asked this alot but hope one more time is not too much. Thanks.

lol - thats cool barron. Ive tried to put all details on the approval page

once you get to 100 posts and have been registered 4 weeks you will see a sub forum of the suggestions and feedback room which will allow you to request approval. Its just an easy way for me to keep requests in one part of the site - so thats i only need to check there for approval requests.

ill have two prelimaries - eg 2 heats for non approved members
the top 5 in each heat will get through to the same stage as the approved members
