Regarding Vlad027 and SHAQ 4 PRES possbily cheating/colluding in sundays first heat

as said, vlad has been banned twice from this forum and is not eligible to take part

i have no info on shaq at all, as matro said, i cant remove someone who could be innocent

It is great we are going to try to crack down on cheating. However, we must be careful. Poker is a complicated game in which someone may legitimately reraise on a complete bluff. It is very hard to catch people cheating, as we have incomplete information. However, we cannot go overboard with this issue. If there is enough evidence to prove cheating, then take proper action. However, if there is not enough evidence, then we should give our fellow forum members the benefit of the doubt, unless they are a repeat offender. Hopefully this story will have a happy ending, and thank you Fonz for all your good, hard work.

I agree with what everyone has said. Personally I am all for booting Vlad, allowing ShaQ, and admitting Jim and Mick. Also, due to my loctation and the time of the final I may not be able to make it, so that is one less person If it turns out that I can't make it then Mick can 'take my spot' and the numbers will still be correct.

I think thats the right thing to do. Im behind you all the way Fonz. But this is why freerolls should be for approved members and not these scammers that just show up to try and cheat the rest of us.

I'm beginning to wish i saw the end of the tourney... I'm happy that vlad was discovered. Crapshoots don't put too much emphasise on any 1 player... letting your emotions dictate you wagering will only hurt you in the end. whether these too made it or not won't make much of a difference anyway as I am going to be the big winner anyway ;-) see you all later

i was at the final table with those two(bigbadbrad58) and i had kept losing my blind to those two guys betting like nuts and now that i think about it i dont no if i ever got to see there cards

I agree with everyone else. mick jammer should be entered into the final. I didn't personally see the dumping incident. But, I did notice in the second round of heat 2 that Vlad and Shaq were both entered again. When one was playing, the other was sitting out. When the sitter would come back and play, the other would be sitting out. This seems like too much of a coincedence for me. And, these 2 will probably rear their ugly heads again. Just to give the site an "up yours". Let mick in, he deserves it. And I'll be there too as soon as I can pull my head out of my arse!
