Leaders have the same editing and administrating permissions that Leaders do except that they only have these permissions in 1 or 2 rooms. Whilst the number of rooms that they moderate is smaller than a Leader or Admin, their help to fellow members is vital to the forums.
I assume it is supposed to say "Helpers have the same..." It may be misleading to some people.
