NEW THREAD ABOUT AM

seems that a few people have come in since the AM free roll was posted....it says to see THF for pass and info, yet since it is in AM , no one can see it when they get here

i suggest a newbie section that explains both the requirements and benefits of being an AM

or send an email when they register that tells about it

Well it's not that hard to find, you could make it a sticky in the introduce yourself thread though...

Yes but most of these newbies will ask and ask and even when its been explained countless times they will continue to post or harass individual members.....I like the idea Skippy but think even with a sticky thread or section for newbies we'll still get the "whats the pass threads" etc..

Well we have the thread up in the introduce yourself, they might read it when they introduce themself, or atleast we can direct them to that.

I wasn't on the site in the hours coming up to the AM freeroll - maybe 20 minutes total - and yet I still had to make 2 bannings. Simply put, new members like these are hunting for passwords, realize they can't get it (one way or another), then say f*ck this site or something similar. In the case with my two bannings, they were harassing chrisdaman for the password, even after he welcomed them to the site and explained the rules.

All the sticky will do is force you to scroll 10 more pixels down when you load up the page, IMO.

Everything to help the members that really have a serious intension about this forum... Why not make things clearer so we might not need the stupid discussions about passwords. If we make the site easier to view and get info from we might have more members staying or atleast one of them might stay because they read the AM thing and got interested.

I know that we might not have many more of these games that will attract new members too the forum but we can atleast try?

If you can't scroll down 10 more pixels for that why do you even make a respons here? Makes the serious persons in this thread scroll almost 40 pixels!!!! ............

Actually, my response was over 400 pixels in height
