Future league possibility

On stars 5.50... week 1 .NL holdem ...week 2.Stud hi lo... week 3.Omaha hi lo... week 4. razz or any mix that works for the majority


Or we could just have 1 a week and hit every game until weve played them all as a one time competition

One possibility would be for each week to be a different HOSE game - week one Holdem, week two Omaha H/L, week three Stud, week four Stud H/L. The final would be a single HOSE game.

I have to say that, if we want to get members to the forum and grow, and also get members to stay at THF. I think we should stick to mostly Regular NLHE games and some other like omaha, but mainly NLHE games.

well we'll always have the league, and should be getting some lower buy in games as well - but I believe we should also employ mixed games, as they are becoming more and more popular.

But you can go anywhere for NLHE, what then makes us so different that people choose to come here? There should be a balance though, given what most people play is NLHE there needs to be enough to satisfy that, but a good strong dose of everything else is needed, if only to relieve the tedium of yet more NLHE.

And as I've said before, if you want to educate people to respect pot odds, throw in a load of pot limit, it's good training.

However, ignore what I say, I've no intention of playing at a mega-sized site, so I don't care what you do.

Thats what we have now and nothing seems to change.Like the play one of each competiton idea,as far as a league of multiple games Im doubting wed get much of a draw.On the other hand its nice to mix up games for a change of pace when the game you usually play is getting stale.

I can't really agree to that, i know you guys play the Pokerstars league that is NLHE, but we have a HORSe freeroll, i don't know about the showup for that event.

I have not seen any EURO time freeroll for 2.5 month not i think, i played one in october at Titan i think and that was 11pm for me on a saturday, pretty late but that was the one i was able to play.

I know you think i could play the buyin, but i look for freerolls and buyins if i win some money. I believe that i am able to get money and play for money from freerolls, and thats why i first joined this forum.

I agree that the mixed games grow and we should also have games for those types.
