Default Suggestions to Improve the FreeRolls here

right
the first every THF freeroll is taking place

but i think after an hour or so we should all have an opnion on how this could be improved

a few people have agreed that a minimum post level will stop people registering who arent gonna take place - henry from pokerstars said theres not much they can do about people not turning up - its the same at every poker site actually.

let me know what you think we should do

No comment on people not showing up because I was one of them ... LOL ... sorry, I totally forgot. But, I took sometime to observe the tables, and I think banning people from sitting out (especially those who had built up a huge chip count) would certainly improve this tourney.

The prize structure is too deep as well. After checking it out, I'm glad I missed the tourney. You gotta knock out 500+ players only to win $37.51 is certainly not worth it. Those who finish 10th to 54th couldn't care less about winning less than $2.00 anyway. Paying only top 5 or top 7 will make it better, but all this is just my opinion.

I understand your opinion as I now have a suffecient real money bankroll to play with online. However, one time I didn't have any money in my account and only needed one small stake to build up my bankroll. I think the payout structure is a good oppurtunity for many players to get started with real moeny.

Im just happy to take part in a tournament, and hey if I win a bit of money doing it awesome. Less people registered would be great though, and I like the idea about having people to check and see if people sit when they get a good amount of chips, I find this annoying. Maybe like picking random or certain people to be the bounty player, change it up a bit. But ya other than alot of people not showing up (which can't be dealt with) it was a pretty good tourney.

a freeroll isn't really about making money !!! It's more about having fun and learning the game for people with less experience. If you want to make money from tournaments then don't play in freerolls, so I think the payment structure is fine.

What I would do immediately though is limit the amount of people who can enter. I gaurantee 90% of the peeple who registered for it won't come on this site again. When it's just a crap shoot it removes the enjoyment and competition from the whole thing. You want to allow on people who made a contribution to this site to enter and those who will take it seriously but have a good laugh at the same time.

I would prefer a 2 table MTT with only 20 entrants than last nights stupidity.
