I am sorry I do not know where to post my question, so I post it here.
I am newbie. I have a question, is Ecocard has any policy or terms on chargeback just like Paypal/Moneybookers? If someone steal other's Ecocard account, and he buy products from my online store, then pay me the stolen money, will Ecocard.com send the money back to the victim ?

The majority of the users here use Neteller, and we use it primarily for funding our poker accounts, not any online store. This is something you should take up with Ecocard, as I'm sure not too many people here are familiar with their service (especially considering half the people or so here are Americans).
