as with everything, there are two sides to every story. What could be intended as harmless fun via the chat could be intepreted as insulting, hurtful or more

however, if someone is being rude, racist, abusive or whatever at the table then we would like to know about it. Its good playing against fellow members but no one should have to put up with anything like that....certainly not at a private THF game If in doubt contact a THF staff member and we will look into it

Personally I find that if you explain why you did whatever caused the anger (whether it be coming to the game late, making a bad call but winning, etc), then state that their abuse isn't appreciated at the games, players will generally listen. As fonz said, it could have been harmless fun, or the player could be dead serious, you just don't know when you're going by chat box dialog. If they continue to cause a problem, go ahead, report them. If it turns out there was a legit reason for the events that happened, then they have nothing to worry about. But otherwise, we are ridding this community of one more potty mouth rude player!
