pokerstars is the only site we ever have an issue with this

the games have already been set up

if this was really a problem then id be inclined to just stop having games there. We put THF once instead of texasholdemforums and we still had a lot of people begging for the pass

I feeel the best way is to send an email out with the pw, not post it on the net. At least then they would have to sign up to get the pw.

they need to sign up to see the password anyways
sending an email to members is very easy however it needs to be done via the admin panel and only i can access that (i cant always be there, particuarly for games like this which are at 1am uk time)

also, since members need to sign in to see the pass it makes no difference as to whether it is email or posted though since staff can help me with posting the pass, i am always gonna choose the posting on the site method

I will have to evaulate us having games at pokerstars in the future anyways. I havent made a dime from them via freerollforums so far and ive spent thousands of dollars on games.
