Sorry buddy, but you have to reach Blue Level status before you can use avatars. Also, I'm fairly certain you might ask when you can use a signature; it is only when you reach Red Level status. And the Red Level hasn't been initiated yet.
You reach the Blue Level by posting 50 QUALITY posts. Please don't post any junk posts, you'll get there soon enough. | | |

Before Fonz created this great, new design for the site, everyone was able to use avatars/signatures. We like to reward our loyal members (ones that have quality posts), with options that will make them stand out from the ones who just come for the freerolls (thus the blue level). After you reach 50 posts, then not only will you advance to the blue level, but you will also be able to use avatars. | | |

correction, signatures have always only been available to leaders and fonz, but its not important  ...i htink red members will be allowed signs if im not mistaken

I don't know Fonz personally (as many Leaders don't), but we have V-Bulletin as a design for the site. This design was just instituted about 1-2 months ago, so we don't need a new one.
