Stud H/L is all about chasing. Its a game for new people. Even though im not a new person, I still like to play it. I turned 40 cents to 100 dollars

7 Stud and 7 stud hi/lo are 2 games that aren't offered enough at poker sites. Most sites seem to only focus on hold'em tables/tourneys. I wish more sites offered 7 stud and maybe some pineapple or RAZ.

Stud can be an irritating game because you get a lot of chasers in stud....that's the only thing you have to watch out for....you may make an early two pair, but someone might chase a straight to the 7th card....it just can get frustrating

Stud hi/lo is a difficult game because your starting hands aren't always good onto 4th street. You could have 3 low cards and never get another card below an 8. Personally i like stud because there is only one pot that you have to go after and you only have to go for the high hand. Also in Stud hi/lo you have a lot of people staying in trying to catch one of the hi or low hands and sometimes they get lucky and catch both or the one their not even going at and that you have. Once again this doesn't really happen in stud because there are only hi hands. Thats just my thoughts

I love both stud and stud hi/lo. They are my favorite poker-styles! The reason I like stud hi/lo is that you have two opportunities to catch your part of the pot. Nothing feels better than sitting with a A-5 straightflush in a stud hi/lo tourney!

I think its prety hard to get used to. Like the first time i played i thought i had the winning hand three way with aces full, i did but another player had a low hand so we chopped the pot. I didn't really get much out of it and it made me kind of mad because if i was playing normal stud i would have won the whole pot. what i like to do is jam when i have the low hand, no matter what is showing, because if u dont u'll chope a pretty small pot. I like hilo for this reason, it makes it.......differant than most other games.
