hmm, i havent seen any stud specific strategy books, but most good poker strategy books cover all forms of poker. a couple of examples are doyle brunsons Super System I & II, phil hellmuths Play Poker Like the Pro's and basically any good poker strategy book. you should just go down to your local book store and check out any poker books they may have, usually it is best to see what they have and then check on the internet for reviews on the books from an unbiased source to see if the book is worth your money

I'm trying to decide between purchasing Brunson's System 1 and System 2. Has anyone read both and can suggest whether I would be better off buying one or the other?

I would recommend reading 7 CARD STUD by Roy West who is a stud teacher in vegas. It gives you a good strategy to use in medium and lower limits of 7 card stud.
