How good are trips as your starting hand please and how should you bet with them.....???

Trips are the best hand in stud by a longshot and are extremely rare. A lot of people reccomend slowplaying them to give others a chance to catch up, but at most loose, low-limit stud games you should probably just bet and raise at every opportunity to build the biggest pot possible.
