Stud winning %, can someone double check me here?

I have been trying to improve my math at 7 card study, so I built myself a chart dealing with odds of improvement, that adjusts based on the number of cards you know.

I'm just going to throw out some random examples, and I'd like someone to double check and be sure I got the math right (everything is to the tenth).

1 out knowing 4 cards (I don't know, maybe you put him on an over-set or something)-2%
8 outs knowing 17 cards-24.2%
15 outs knowing 21 cards-51.7%
5 outs knowing 6 cards-11.3%
12 outs knowing 24 cards-46.1%
