In my opinion I think Stud H/L is better, even though it takes longer.

This is because you can win a pot either with a High hand, or a Low hand (I'm sure everyone knows that, I’m just emphasizing)...

Overall, I think both games are tremendously boring, but if your good with math than Stud game is made for you.

Stud Hi/Lo is alot better because you play alot of different hands then in Stud, which makes Stud Hi/Lo much more fun then Stud. In Stud i find my self sitting along time before i see a hand i want to play but in Stud Hi/Lo i find a number of different hands i want to play. Stud Hi/Lo is by far the better game, so if you want to play one play Stud hi/Lo.

Both games are great, but stud hi/lo is the best of the best in my opinion. It's really exciting, and you need to be ice cold all the way. There will be hands you really want to play, but when you see A234 open at another player's hand, you're gonna have to lay it down. Also, you can win a lot from small hands, such as pair, two pair etc. because lowhand-chasers scare away the ones with strong highhands too. Too bad pokerstars is the only site offering stud hi/lo freerolls. I really enjoy playing them!

Only play hi because it's much easier and you never split pots in 3 or 4 :-). I don't have to focus on the game all the time when i play hi, only play a few hands.

ive played both stud and stud H/L and though i'm not a fan of either of them. since you're askin for feedback and input, i have to say i prefer stud. both bore me to death, and i suck at both lol, stud just isn't my game. but if i had to choose between the two, i'd prefer stud because 1. it doesnt take as long, 2. hi/lo games aren't my thing, they confuse me lol and 3. it's simpler. i'm a no-limit hold'em guy myself.

I absolutely suck at any H/L version of poker, I guess the split pots just mess up any ability I have to judge odds. A lot of people prefer Hi/Lo though, just since the two ways of winning allows for more much action, a lot more hands to be played, and more uncertainty (perhaps not such a good thing).
