Default WSOP or WPT

Ok everyone, which to you like to watching on TV more, the WSOP or the WPT?
Here is my thought process in deciding which one I like:
WSOP:
Pros:
shows more than texas hold em
has all the great players playing
the main event shows more than the final table

Cons:
Norman Chad, the announcer
so many amateurs
shows are almost always re-runs

WPT:
Pros:
smart announcer, Mike Sexton
most episodes are not shown 12 times
shows "real" poker hands, not just the good for TV ones (blind stealing, etc.)
everyone is a decent player, as they are at the final table
Gus Hansen is in half the episodes

Cons:
only six players per episode
shows players taking forever to make a decision
Gus Hansen is in half the episodes

After all this, I am still undecided. Which show does everyone else like?
(yes, I did not mention the Poker Superstars Invitational, a very good show)
(yes, I did not mention Celebrity Poker Showdown, a very bad show)

I go the classic route and go with WSOP. I still watch WTP though. But if they are on at the same time it's WSOP and WPT during commercials.

I watch both the WSOP and the WPT, but I would rather watch the WSOP because it is not a full year thing unlike the WPT and the WSOP also is a more talked about event and has a better chance for pros to teach amatuers a leason that they aren't ready for the big stuff in poker.

I lean toward WSOP but will definitely watch WPT also. WSOP seems to be the one everyone measures you by. On the WSOP Main Event you have just one chance to prove yourself and win it or wait til next year. I may be wrong but if you don't win one week in the WPT you can always try to win the next one or the one after that.

I watch both, but I prefer WSOP because they record their commentary after the tournament. They also make time to actually let you get an idea of the player and have great color commentary. WPT seems like the announcers are always behind the game and continually trying to write people off.

Of course, that doesn't stop me from watching it.

I love the WPT, all there episodes are great, except the hollywood home games.

I hat those. The WSOP is good during the main event and occasionally in the

regular events. I look forward to seeing Phil Hellmuth on TV this year so i can

watch him tell all the players how stupid they are. It seems like he gets more

mad during the WSOP than during the WPT episodes. If i had to pick one it

would be WPT, because well actually I dont know why. Good Luck everyone.

WSOP has a better display, it's easier to watch, and more fun, in my opinion.

Just kidding. I like both. I'm not a big fan of Vince Vaughn as an annoucer, but otherwise the WPT is fine. I like the variety of players and styles you get a chance to see. I'd say they are about the same and my favorite is which ever is on at the time.
