Default Intresting info I got from poker tracker

I was a little surprised to find I was down so far this year in my limit hold'em challenge, so I opted to check my poker tracker stats to see if I had a noticeable flaw.

Yes, as a matter of fact I do.

7-10 handed: overall I'm up slightly
In the big blind: I'm down about 12x that. In other words: I will loose $12 in the big blind, then win $1 overall. This is overall, not just my limit hold'em challenge.

Lesson learned: I'm calling too much in the big blind, and it's a big mistake.

Biggest losers: AJo and QJo.

Now more then ever I believe that out of the big blind, tight is right.

If only I can convince myself of that WHILE playing!

I dont have poker tracker but have noticed that flaw in my game lately.Protecting my blinds costs me more than I win it seems.

More than anything now its bad habit, but Ive been getting better at making myself fold.

I used to have that problem (well still do on occasion depends who I am playing ). Whenever I would be in the BB and get raised, even min., I would call. I may have had the crappiest hand, but yet I call. At first I had to force myself to fold now it is just instinct. I never had a problem with SB, whereas I could fold my hand there without a second thought.
