Players accumulate FPPs by playing in raked cash games, multi-table tournaments and Sit & Go Tournaments that include a tournament fee.
Earn Points for Cash Game Play
One (1) Frequent Player Point (FPP) is awarded for playing in each raked game when the rake reaches:
$0.50 for fixed limit games with stakes $0.50/$1.00 and lower
$0.75 for fixed limit games with stakes $1/$2
$1.00 for:
pot limit games
no limit games
fixed limit games with stakes $2/$4 and higher
Earn Points for Tournament Play

Five (5) FPPs are awarded for each $1 in tournament fees paid.

For example, in a tournament with $20 buy-in and $2 tournament fee, each player will be awarded 10 FPPs. Partial Frequent Player Points are always rounded up to the nearest whole number.

For example, in a $5 buy-in Sit & Go tournament with only a $0.50 fee, 3 FPPs (instead of 2.5) will be awarded to each player in this tournament.

FreePlay tournaments do not award FPPs. These tournaments are completely free to play and as such are not part of the PokerStars FPP program.

* You must earn 100 FPPs in order to be registered for the tournament
* This offer is in addition to any offers or deposit bonuses pokerstars are running.

The freeroll will be run on Sunday, September 22 at 2PM EST and all qualified players will be automatically registered. This will give those registered an additional week from the deadline to ask questions about this offer before the game commences. Considering that most $1,000 freerolls have thousands of players involved, im sure you can appreciate how good a deal this is.

I have 2 questions:

Maybe Homeville is just joking but is it possible to format your harddrive, download it from this site and make a deposit?

I let someone else download pokerstars from this and I sendhim some money. He may not make a deposit and only play with money I send him. If he gets 100 FPP will he be qualified for the freeroll??
