New PokerStars Data Policy

i have slightly mixed feelings about this. I do feel that there are elements of the DB technology out there that really verge on cheating and certainly could be seen to give players an unfair advantage.

Getting basic info I do not have a huge problem with and poker tracking software of hands YOU have seen I see as a fair aide memoir. I do think that being able to see detailed info on players beyond hands you have played is not too appropriate and i might welcome the changes although i would need to give more thought to the implications before commenting. I do approve of players being able to opt out of having their info displayed and in making this info easy for players to see.
