I think you're forum has merit. In time it will catch on. There's a lot of bad happening out there. Someday, people will pay money to be here. If you connect with a gambling site, you become their pimp or their whore, or both, if money is involved or relationships exist. You risk some credibility by allowing them to advertise. Stay neutral and prove it. Players need a place to air out and a place where opinions are stated, for whatever reason, by a motivated person. Let the chips fall where they may. Don't defend the poker sites. If they are what they say they are the posts will show it. If they are not, people have a place to come to find out what others are experiencing. Don't censure and don't crawl in bed to gain favors, friends or even fill that nasty void of personal acceptance. Stay in the business of being neutral. This is the greatest thing you could do for us gamblers.
i am neutral. We have many site sponsors, apart from absolute poker which for some reason keeps crashing my pc (seems fine for everyone else) i have deposited and played at all site sponsors at one time or another. I am not gonna censor anyone however i will defend certain sites i know to be fine in the right context.
For example, there were a few posts with a heading like 'Such and such a site are scam artists
and then the post is something like
' I just lost $100 in two hours - the guy beat me with quads for gods sake'
or
'I withdrew cash from the site two days ago and they still havent paid me. Im gonna take them to court -theyre robbing me'
Even though the poker site in question states withdrawels can take up to 5 days.
