is there a minimum deposit to get the tickets to the tourney or is that just for signing up through THF?

You have to sign up via THF and make a minimum deposit. That is all.

I have a question.. after clicking tournaments on the site where i am signed up as CalifNaughti..I cant fint private tables or private games..where will the tourney be held?

Right underneath the Tournaments Tab there are Tabs that say, Scheduled - Sit n Go (real) - Sit n Go (Play) - Private -

Click on Private

Just below that it will say Scheduled - Sit n Go

They will be listed under the Scheduled. They are not listed as of yet. They will not be listed until the day of the game. The will be called THF Bonus or something similar

Has anyone checked out the site? Interested to know what you think. Also, I forgot to mention one thing I really like about this site. When your in an all in situation and the cards get flipped over, it actually shows the percentages for each hand to win. This can really help you get a handle on odds. Just try not to be on the low end of the percentages when theyre flipped over, thats just frustrating.....LOL.

Also, for those of you having trouble running it on your PC, Ive found that if you turn off the avatars it tends to run a little better. I think theyre kinda distracting anyway, so I always have them turned off.

Hey guys I signed up, deposited, and contacted live support and got my free tickets immediately. Very good customer service. Site is a mirror image of Pokerroom with an old western theme. Those of you who sign up and cant get your user ID because its already taken..... Its becuase you cant have same userID as you have in Pokerroom. One thing that threw me for a little loop was how to sign in. You do not use "user ID" to log in. Instead you are assigned an account number. You are emailed an account # when you initialy sign up. Don't delete the email just yet. Its not only a confirmation email but it also has your account number in it. You'll need it to log in each time.

Overall site looks great. I started my on-line poker experience at Pokerroom anyway so the set-up is very familiar. One of the things that I like is how super easy it is to create a private tourny. You can literally set up a private game in 60 seconds without having to get permission via support and best of all you can have it start in as little as 15 minutes from the time you set it up.
One of the negatives is the hand histories. Havnt quite figured them out just yet. On PStars you can see 15 hands at a time and you can scroll up and down to see as far back as hand #1. So far In Pokershootout I can only see 1 hand at a time.

I plan on playing here quite often especially when the late night games go into effect. Dec. 7th is the first 10pm game. I'll be there.
