Poker.com Install problem..

hey guys Im trying to install Poker.com because Im making a first deposit soon Ive already made a post and thought about Poker Stars but Ive been viewing a few other places via THFs links and I found two Id really like to check out becuz I see that a few of you play at these.. but everytime I go to install Poker.com I get this

and I went to Macromedias website to verify I have the latest version of Shockwave Player and Flash Player and I do have both versions to the latest release.. Ive uninstalled and rebooted and reinstalled Flash and then Poker.com but still I keep getting that everytime.. any help would be great thanks guys

Have you tried it again lately?

I re-downloaded about an hour ago and it works fine.

yes Ive downloaded the program like 5 times in the past two days.. removed Shockwave Player and Flash like 5 times and rebooted.. reinstalled Flash, checked the version to make sure it was the newest release which it was and then I downloaded the program tried to install and I still keep getting this message.. looks like Poker.com aint getting any of my money because Ive emailed them 3 times about this and didnt get a response once..

I didn't need flash, how come you do?

well thats why Im asking you guys here.. because I know alot of you play at Poker.com and I cant even get the damn program to install.. even with flash uninstalled It still says I need it and then It dont do jack.. Im gettin a little frustrated here thats for sure considering Its been over a week now and they cant even email me back

Try the 24 hour live support, I think there is a link on the www.poker.com website. I've always been answered really quickly

ahh I give up trying to install Poker.com .. Ive emailed them multiple times about this and I think If I get the same answer again Im gonna freak out.. because I did what they been telling me the past 5 emails before I even emailed them the first time.. oh well My money will be better off at PokerStars anyways..

This should work kenny!

Click the poker.com link from the left here. The click the download new software button. It will then start to download and you'll probably get the same error message I got. Close the error message and click again on the download software button. Select run and it should work. Just did it again for me!

hahaha.. but thanks alot Matt your help was worth more then Poker.com ever was to bad It wont work out for me.. as of this post I am done messin with Poker.com to much BS and It aint even on my HD yet.. I would hate to see how it looks and plays when it is..
