I'm not sure I can help you Kenny, I'm a little confused. You were talking about flash, but then mentioned Java, i'm not sure where the jre comes into the picture if poker.com uses flash (i didnt know poker.com uses flash in the first place though)
Also, about the permissions in your registry...altering permissions should be done with your premade interfaces that windows provides, not the registry itself. The point of having the interfaces is because they are designed to safely alter values every single time. Messing with the registry manually is dangerous and can comprimise your system if you make a mistake.
Even if you have given up on the situation, I will talk with my contact on monday to see if he can look into it.
The problem is there are a lot of different setups and bugs computer systems can have and pinpointing the problem is a difficult process. It is rare that there is a bug in the software preventing you from installing. The company makes extra sure that its software is highly compatible with most systems and setups to allow for all people who want to play, to be able to. I would assume the problem is a setting or a corrupt/missing file(s) on your system. |
