ok.. I downloaded there program from there website and I seen It said Flash 8 is required.. so I close out remove it all install Flash 8 and version check it to make sure its legit.. It is.. I reboot , dial up to the internet, download there program... try to install it It'll say Poker.com needs to create a directory so I click NEXT.. and then It gives me the message " Macromedia Flash Player 8 is Required " as you see in my first posts attachment.. so I waited 10-15 minutes for the " 30 seconds they say it'll take " and I go take a shower.. get out of the shower It still hasnt done nothing still at the same screen " Macromedia Flash Player 8 is Required " so I removed it again.. the program wont even think about installing becuz of this Flash BS.. so I remove it so theres no Poker.com on my HD anywhere and I update my JAVA RunTime to the newest version.. I checked my registry to make sure that I have allowed permission to everything and everything is right and up to par from the looks of it.. I tested Flash in IE6 and didnt get a damn thing.. but when I tested Flash in FireFox it was blazin fast and showing me all kinds of flash.. so yeah Im not to sure what the deal is but If the flash works obviously.. then Its not my computer

I'm not sure I can help you Kenny, I'm a little confused. You were talking about flash, but then mentioned Java, i'm not sure where the jre comes into the picture if poker.com uses flash (i didnt know poker.com uses flash in the first place though)

Also, about the permissions in your registry...altering permissions should be done with your premade interfaces that windows provides, not the registry itself. The point of having the interfaces is because they are designed to safely alter values every single time. Messing with the registry manually is dangerous and can comprimise your system if you make a mistake.

Even if you have given up on the situation, I will talk with my contact on monday to see if he can look into it.

The problem is there are a lot of different setups and bugs computer systems can have and pinpointing the problem is a difficult process. It is rare that there is a bug in the software preventing you from installing. The company makes extra sure that its software is highly compatible with most systems and setups to allow for all people who want to play, to be able to. I would assume the problem is a setting or a corrupt/missing file(s) on your system.
