Poker.com Star Chasers

Gathering stars on poker.com is utterly pointless. They do absolutely nothing for you except let people know how much you have played. Having said that, I am guilty of becoming a "Star Chaser", although it did keep me motivated

Every 15 minutes or so I'd jump to the "comp points" tab to watch them roll LOL. Just letting you all know in case you are curious, it takes 75,000 CPs to hit your "full gold" status. Now I just dont know how I am going to keep my interest up LOL! Took me 39 days at .25/.50 and .50/$1 NL and I showed a profit of $1700 ($250 were bonuses - I deposited before I knew about the "FIRST50" bonus), think it may be time to start over

Nice stats Fink. Personally I just hid my stars, just a way to switch it up cause of my loosing streak of 3 days.

Fink, those stars look kinda lonely. Maybe you should get a ribbon or trophy to go beside them.

Difficult for me... I wouldn't play the small freerolls so ribbons are out, I always forget to register for the Monday/Wednesday $4000 freerolls and Sundays I am usually out with my kids so I'm not in the $20,000 one.

How about I settle down one of these Sundays and get myself a WSOP icon?

Ya Fink, I'm in the same boat as you for ribbons. The Sunday tourney is about the only one I have a chance to play because I'm still at work when the others are on. That WSOP cup would be pretty sweet and poker.com seems like good site to get it from. I like that little Kangaroo that some people have for getting into the Aussie Millions tourney.
