Default All My Luck is Bad Luck

Over the past couple of years, I've had month after month of profitable play in dozens of Poker rooms. But Poker.com is evil for me. I keep getting terrible cards, which I fold, then get stomped when I play quality cards. I think that my visit here will be a very short one. Call this one a write-off. Anyone else catching nothing, but garbage here?

Poker.com - or as I like to call it Home of the River Rat.... and yes I have been the River Rat many a time there and taken down some very nice buyins. But I have also been the one with a premium hand loosing to a garbage hand that hits on the river

Is it different than other card rooms? I find loose play gets rewarded more often at Poker.com than other sites. Play tight and you most often find yourself eaten by the blinds.

This is only my observation, but I find some sites seem to cater to a particular style of play. I usually play tight aggressive and Poker4Ever, Ongame and iPoker are places I have done well. Poker.com and TonyG, for example, are very hit and miss for me

I've begun experimenting at Ultimate Bet and Full Tilt since as an American I've lost the Ongame and iPoker networks. I've just started to play them so it is too early for me to have formed an opinion

i have same thoughts like u, when i go all-in at 3th or 4th street, i always loose, set against two-pairs, flush against set, full house against flush, i get sick of it and stop playing at poker.com , if u go all-in, u will loose porobably at poker.com, or just my bad luck, repeated 7 times in a day

Well I have to say I have been having the same problem at pokerstars lately. No matter what I have, they beat me. It doesnt matter, He could have two outs, they'll hit it. Quite annoying so I banned myself from the site for 7 days, and I may do it again when its over because it feels good to not have the emotional swings of poker right now.

yeah, i'm the same with with rw. I always get bad beats there and it makes me play bad. However I switched to poker.com and now i'm winning. Poker.com is more of my style. Yes it's not as neat as Poker Stars, but you don't have to be rich to play at Poker.com.

I have bad weeks at every site. Just not all at once thank goodness.

Its not the site it the "POKER GODS"

Take a break or change sites for a little then go back. JUst don't dwell on the bad luck.
